EGM系列是立式直聯、單級單吸管道離心泵，泵結構為上部開式結構，檢修時可從頂部抽出泵轉子部件，不需拆卸進出口管路。泵的進出口位于同一水平線上且進出口口徑一致，可直接像閥門一樣安裝在管路的任何部位，該系列產品結構簡單，機泵采用穿軸式連接，且水泵有獨立的軸承支撐，機泵同心度高，機組運行噪音小，穩定可靠、效率高；維護方便，易拆易裝，定位精確可靠等優點。
適用于輸送清水及物理化學性質類似于水的介質，介質溫度：-10℃~85℃，液體運動粘度應小于20cSt（大于20cSt時性能需要修正）且不含有任何可能對泵造成機械或化學侵害的固體顆粒或纖維液體。
環境溫度：環境溫度不得超過40℃；超過40℃，電機應降低功率使用。
